Some clips coming through as single leg mono in PT

Is it correct in saying that just certain of your stereo clips are outputting with only 1 side of the audio, or is it all of your stereo audio clips?
If it is just the 2 specific clips you mentioned, would we be able to get them from you to look at?

We have seen some stereo music clips in the AAF coming into ProTools as single leg mono clips. In both cases the clips are in a secondary storyline. Below are the TC of the clips and there names.
clip name SYNC003903_MessAroundMicheleChiavarni_Syr TC 10:17:19:17 - 10:18:27:03 (aprox) and 10:18:27:03 - 10:19:14:20 (aprox)
clip name SYNC028902_TheStartoflifeTristanNoon_Synctrack TC 10:28:57:20 - 10:28:09:16 (aprox) and 10:29:09:16 - 10:29:42:18 (aprox)

Attacked are screen grabs of the first clip in FCPX and PT and the XML from FCPX.
Any ideas why only one leg of audio is coming through on just these clips would very helpful.
