There were a number of audio references in your clip that were invalid. I have fixed them up and attached a new fcpxml for you to try

Hello I have two clips that have AAC audio at 44.1kHz. When I attempt to run the fcpxml 1.5 through X2Pro the result is:
Unable to parse FCP XML file to obtain project information

Details:
Getting asset with Id r56
Unable to find asset with Id r56
Suggestions:
- Ensure that the file is not locked by another application and is readable;
- Ensure that this is a valid FCP XML file from a released version of FCP X;
- Ensure that this is the export of a Project, not of a Library or Event;
- Ensure that this is not an empty project (or that all audio is disabled);

I am running X2Pro 4.0.12 and FCPX 10.3.2 on OS X 10.11.6.

When I disable audio on these clips X2Pro successfully generates the AAF.

This is the result with fcpxml 1.6
