Update X2ProLE failed

Hi,
I dont'understand: I have bought on App store X2ProLE v3.05. on dec 2015.
I was notified and accepted updating to 4.0.17. yesterday april 7th
But when I tried open it, and after App store asked me my password, impossible to open X2Pro and my MacPro with OS 10.11 began fully instable.
I shut down and restart but same problem.
I put X2Pro in trash, and reinstall old version 3.05. It works.
But no more updating notified.
What is the matter?. Please help me as soon as possible ;)
