Are you using X2ProLE 4.0.17? If so, there is a problem with it but we think we have a solution that will keep you going until we can get a fixed version up in the app store.

Please try the following:
  1. Unzip the attached file to get a .cer file
  2. Secondary click on the X2ProLE app (right-click or ctrl+click)
  3. Select 'Show Package Contents'
  4. Go into the 'Contents' folder
  5. Drag the cer file into the 'Resources' folder
  6. Try using X2Pro again
