Red footage audio causing errors

X2Pro does support RED clips, but there is a known issue with clips created by the very latest RED kit (and possibly the latest RED firmware). We are working with RED to get this resolved in X2Pro.

Can you please tell me what camera and what firmware the clips were created on?

When I try and process my XMLs containing Red footage in X2Pro I get the following error:

Writing AAF file
Adding assets to AAF file
Adding essence for asset [M002_C026_0913FM] to AAF file
Opening audio extractor for portion 0 of asset [M002_C026_0913FM]
Failed to open audio extractor
Error Failed to open [file:///Volumes/POV1549/Poldark/Poldark%20S3.fcpbundle/Supplied%20Rushes/Original%20Media/M002_C026_0913FM/M002_C026_0913FM_001.r3d]

Suggestion: Ensure that the file exists

No AAF file has been generated.
X2Pro Audio Convert LE (Pro upgrade) 4.0.18

Pretty sure this is a bug.
