trail version?

There is no demo or trial version available, however ultimately if you purchased from the app store and it did not work the way you wanted then you can ask the app store to refund you.

Curious about the "general bad reviews", I thought most feed back was fairly positive, will investigate.

Regarding support it is initiated through this forum, the idea being that people can see if there is a similar issue already addressed or if not can raise the issue and we will investigate it.

Do you have a trial version available? I'm a little hesitant to buy with generally bad reviews in the App Store. Also, there seems to be no support on your website either via phone or email.
