I think we need one of the original media files. Can you make CAMB9077.MOV (with 6 audio channels) available to us please.

I managed to re-install and open the newest version, and I'm having the same problem. Is there a parameter I should change?

Something to note: the way the audio files are linked to the camera + camera sound is through a copy-pasting process within quicktime prior to import. I have a feeling this might be what's causing the issues.

Hi Graeme,

I tried to open the new version (4.0.28) several times, and it will appear on the dock and then close again a second later. Do you know what I could do to fix this?

Thank you!

I think this might be something that is already fixed. Can you please upgrade to the latest version (4.0.28) and try again.

I've attached screenshots of the problem as well as the XML (It exceeded the file size limit with the AAF)
Thank you!

Are you able to provide an fcpxml and a clip that will exhibit this problem?

Hello,

I'm having trouble with my workflow: FCPX 10.3.4 (in sierra) ---> X2PRO 4.0.12 ---> PROTOOLS 10

Normally I do this process with Fcpx 10.1.3 (in mavericks) and x2pro 2.5.1 and it works, but now I'm having problems. The AAF works, but when I bring it into Protools, the multiple channels of camera audio (boom + lav) come in as blank and there is only camera audio. The second system audio is copy pasted each shot using Quicktime 7 prior to import.

Does anyone have any idea what could be going wrong?

Any help is much appreciated!

Thank you,
Maegan
