Hello James,
One thing about this is that once we managed to get the xml to work. When the AAF transferred to PT one of the dialog tracks had clips missing and some of the other dialog tracks that were there the wrong channels in the clip had been used in the AAF. Looking at the video clips that the audio had been detached from it looks like the strip silence function had been used and therefore there were less audio channels visible that in the original clip in the inspector in FCPX. Is it possible that this may of caused some confusion in the XML X2Pro conversion. ?

Dear Angus,

We have been unable to reproduce here, so yes I will pop you a mail with details of the ftp drop site and if you could upload the xml that would be a great help.

Would be grateful if you could advise on what OS version you are using.

Yours sincerely

James

Hi,
I have just had an issue where the xml was selected in x2pro the start button did not highlight and the message came up that the operation fail. Exporting out a new xml, changing permissions, copying to a new location etc made no difference. What did make a difference was importing the xml to a new library and then re-exporting the xml. Of note when re-importing to a new library there were no errors or warnings to say that there were corrupt elements in the xml.
I can supply the xml if needed.
