X2Pro crashing when I try to use it

Dear Caren,

We have run the XML through here in the lab and all looks ok, We have run it through on a 10.11.6 OS and still no issues. We are aware though that in the older versions of OS that problems like this can occur on individual systems. I am loath to ask as you might be in the middle of a large block of work, but if you could when would you be comfortable in upgrading the OS to 10.12. ?

I am making XMLs from FCPX 10.3.2 and using X2Pro 4.0.29. X2Pro has crashed approximately 16 times in a row. I have tried making XMLs as both current version 1.6 and previous version 1.5. I have read multi threads on this forum but not found a solution. I am desperate to get this to my audio house. Please advise. Thank you.
