Changing that setting allows X2Pro to generate the aaf. even if it comes across some files that cause an error and will just exclude them. So that aaf. should contain all audio EXCEPT from "Sound Effects - Blood Gore Carnage and Tearing Flesh".
If that sound effect is important to the project then we would need to take a look at it here in order to see why X2Pro cannot read it fully. If it is small enough please attach it in an email or however you can get it to us. Alternatively I can give you details to our FTP server.
Thanks,
Daniel

X2Pro is having trouble extracting the audio from a file called "Sound Effects - Blood Gore Carnage and Tearing Flesh"
Would you be able to provide access to that file so that we can take a look at it?
Have you tried turning on the preference "Generate a warning and continue creating an AAF. file" when "Handling media errors" in the "Media Handling" section of X2Pro's preferences? It might help you work around the issue if you can live without the audio from the clips that X2Pro is unable to open.
Thanks,
Daniel
