Error Setting up for audio extraction (Cannot Open)

Thanks for the speedy response. Will definitely give it a go first thing tomorrow. Im just worried that I dont want it to be so faulty with missing files for the sound mastering person. Will get back either way... best SAMO

Are you able to change your X2Pro preferences to "Generate a warning and continue creating an AAF file" when Handling media errors ? Does this allow you to generate the .aaf?

I have read many posts and can't find a straight forward answer. I am attempting to get my AAF and keep getting:

This error keeps occurring when converting Final Cut XML to AAF:

Writing AAF file
Adding assets to AAF file
Adding essence for asset [Handel - Organ Concerto No.13 The Cuckoo & the Nightingale P STRETCH] to AAF file
Opening audio extractor for portion 0 of asset [Handel - Organ Concerto No.13 The Cuckoo & the Nightingale P STRETCH]
Failed to initialise audio extractor with default bit depth of 16
Error Setting up for audio extraction (Cannot Open)

Suggestion: Does this movie contain an unsupported audio format ?

No AAF file has been generated.
X2Pro Audio Convert 4.0.32

Would really appreciate some response on this.
