Wont export because of nothing I can see

The xml is saying the clip in question is shorter than the instance it appears in the project.

Can you check and advise on the actual duration of the clip in question, as we will probably need this clip and the xml to be able to investigate.

We recently re-edited a film as per distributors guidelines and now the very same film which has been edited and trimmed etc. (nothing drastic) is now throwing up the following attached message which is very strange and wasn't happening before.

I have attached a clip of the timeline of the exact moment specified and there is no end point to the audio file it stretches through its very bizarre.

Please help!
