Hi Floris,
I have received your aaf. and we have managed to open it in Pro Tools 12.7 just fine, with all the audio working correctly.
So from what we can see, there isn't a problem with the xml in FCP X, or the aaf in Pro Tools (see screenshot attached below). It looks like it is a problem with Soundscape (We had never heard of it until now) so if possible, I would recommend contacting them to see if they deal with aaf. files differently.
Regards,
Daniel

Hi Floris,
Can your audio guy advise on exactly what error they see and what version of ProTools they are using?
Would it be possible for you to send the AAF. that you created using X2Pro? Either attached it on the forum or upload to the FTP with the details given earlier.
Many thanks,
Daniel

Hi Floris,
What version of X2Pro are you using? And are you using the LE version, as this cannot trim audio files, therefore if one of the source files was an hour long this will be created in its entirety in the AAF.
Regarding the framerate change, please check Pro Tools import configuration.
We are happy to look at the XML, we can email you a link to upload it to if you wish.

Hi, I hope we can shed some light on my problem. I am trying to export an AAF from FCPXML. Project is 25fps. 8minute story. Problem is the clips come out as 29fps and offline in the AAF and the duration - a few hours long!
I imported the AAF into Premier to verify, everything is Offline.
My audio guy uses Protools, but he can not import the AAF, many problems in the AAF.
MacOS
10.12.6
FCPX
10.3.4
I can send the XML privately.
