X2Pro crashes

Rob,
if that crash is re-producible please submit the report to Apple via the button on the crash reporter, the text information that you sent isn't much use in detecting the cause as it doesn't contain certain symbol information that we need, submitting it to Apple will mean that we get a report that includes the missing information.

Open the Console application on the Mac and select the System Log option. Clear the log and then attempt the conversion. After conversion copy and paste the console output into a text file.

I think it are multiple files, where can I find the console output?

can you provide a copy of the console output and error text (if any) for when X2Pro crashes and if you are able to identify a particular Audio asset that causes this please let me know and I'll arrange to get a copy of it from you to investigate.

OK, so 2 problems solved and X2Pro is giving me a 3rd!

The app crashes when Adding audio data to AAF. Possibly on archive MXF files.

Can you PLEASE help me urgently.
