Hi Erica,
To investigate a sync problem we would need the fcp xml, the aaf which was created from that xml, and the text file which should have been created alongside the aaf.
Will email you some FTP details you can uploaded to if needed.

First time posting here.
I recently purchased X2pro to move from FCPX to Pro tools. I've now created 6 AAFs resulting in a complete mess of clips in Pro tools every time. All roles are assigned properly, but clips are repeating and landing way off sync. So much so that there's no way of diagnosing a fixable pattern. The only AAF that is translating correctly to Pro tools has 0 handles. I need handles! Any way around this? This seems like a lot of trouble for something that should work smoothly.
I like FCPx but considering Premiere for the rest of summer projects after this mess.
Thanks anyone and everyone!
