25fps audio clips exported as 24fps

is there something i can do about it?

Looking in the XML there appears to be a marker on that clip which is set to 24fps:

The start is 25FPS but the duration appears to be in 24FPS.

Do the clips in the FCP XML attached which get 'turned into' 24fps relate to this file?

Just experienced twice with two different projects from two different macs, two different mix techs on different protools the same problem.
during the export some audio clips seem to turn into 24fps clips instead of 25 with obvious synch problems as a result
the export from fcpx has no sync pb
original clips frequence has been checked
sound has been recorded on a sound device and synchronised
quite problematic
