Unfortunately not, as the software is supplied through the App Store and we try to maintain compatibility with the last four versions of OS. There would also be the question of what version of FCPX you would be able to run on Yosemite.

I was about purchasing the X2Pro App to export my project..
but I saw that it would only runs on OS X El Capitan or later..
I am currently using Yosemite and cannot change it..
is there a way X2Pro could run on Yosemite..?? is there an older version working..??
