Canon C200 CRM files not recognized

thanks for your quick reply james. the apple store just refused to refund this. the automatic reply told me to reach out to the developers so I am moving in circles now. clearly, the app is completely useless in crm-workflows as transcoding the files before sending them to pro tools is no feasable option. until now, I did not find this anywhere advertised on the App Store/product page? I am sure there is something you can do for me in this case.

Hi Vincent/Alex,

We have spoken to Apple and unfortunately CRM support in AVFoundation isn't something they will be doing, although we did raise a request with Apple so they at least know it is wanted. Apologies, but that is all we can do. We did have a look at trying to support it ourselves but the raw files would be too complicated for us to guarantee we would get it correct.

We currently don't support crm. files I will create a feature request and give it to the product manager.

I love x2pro, but this year I'm in love with the C200 and i'm unable to export files.
X2pro does not recognize or see the CRM files of the Canon.
Is there a solution?
