Hi Stefan,
Restarting X2Pro should give you access to all of the features. If restarting the App doesn't help then I suggest deleting X2Pro and reinstalling from the Appstore.

Hi,
I just upgraded to Pro via my X2PRO LE account. It says that the 'upgrade to Pro is succesfully completed'. See attachements. But when I go to my preferences, I still can't adjust trim handles and roles etc. I'm running MacOS High Sierra 10.13.6.
What to do now? Is this a know problem? I also received a message from the app store that my payment was succesfull.
