Unable to convert MXF files

There is a few reasons X2Pro could be struggling with opening media.

Can you open the console on your mac and run your xml through X2Pro again and then send us a copy of the console? It should tell us why it is struggling to open the clips.

Can you send us the text file X2Pro should have created or a screenshot of the error message?

X2Pro fails to open .MXF files. I didn't have a problem before on a previous project.
