Failed to open media file

Hi Zo,

Following on from the email I sent to your visionaryfilms account (I will forward it to your mac email). The MXF. that you sent us was only 335KB big and was only 1 second long, so either it failed to upload properly or there is an issue with the clip.

Can you check the MXF and confirm the file size and reupload it to our FTP server?

Have you tried checking the paths exactly, is the media in those locations for the first two or three instances ? If it is then we will probably want to look at the AAF, and examples of two or three of those clips that are being failed to be opened.

Will pop you a mail with details of an ftp drop folder to upload media to.

Trying to output and AAF from fcpx and keep getting many instances of this error message even though I've given sandboxing access to all the drives and folders and all the audio works fine in fcpx;
