Hi Aurélie,
X2Pro was created to be used between FCPX and Pro Tools. It is possible that it will work with Cubase 7, but we only test against Pro Tools so I can't guarantee how well it will work with Cubase 7 or if it does at all.
You can give it a try, if it doesn't end up working you can get a refund for it from Apple and they should happily comply.

Hello,
I'm working on my first short film and I would like to convert my FCPX file to be open with Cubase 7.
I prefer to work with Cubase than Pro tools because of the 5.1. sound.
X2 Pro is it compatible with Cubase 7 ?
