x2pro creating massive files

He wasn't able to open it at all. He's using nuendo. I'll try the trim function and she if that works better. Thanks.

Make sure you have "trim embedded audio" selected. X2Pro will only embed the media that has been used in the project. If the whole clip has been used, then we can't trim down the size. What error message is the sound engineer getting when trying to open it? Is the sound engineer using Pro Tools to open it?

My first attempt at using x2pro creating a 84gb aaf file and then coukdn't be opened by my sound engineer. I went back and assigned roles to all of the audio but its still creating very large files. Please help. It would be really cool if there was actual support for this product and a webinar step by step.
