X2Pro Audio Convert_Final Cut Export to Pro Tools HD

Hi,

I'm looking to do a large project (5 episodes) with someone. They are using Final Cut Pro 10.4.6 and I am using Pro Tools Ultimate. I understand this version of FCP does not allow omf export anymore which means having to use 3rd party software like X2Pro to export an AAF form me to ingest into Pro Tools. I'm considering purchasing this but I have some questions which I was hoping to have answered before I commit.

1. If I purchase this via the mac app store in my name, will the editor be able to use it? ie is it name specific.
2. The system requirements state "FCP X, 10.0.4 or later and XML from 1.1". What is XML 1.1, is that another purchase which is required?
3. Does X2Pro consolidate the export? Looking at the forum, there are many comments about the export being huge! I'm only going to want 3 to 5 second handles max. (ie the export being no larger and a couple of gB)
4. Does X2 Pro export video? I'm really hoping for DnxHD36.
