Hi Mika,
Apologies for the delayed response.
I have tried reproducing the issue here with your XML but I have had no luck. Does changing the destination location allow you to create an AAF file? Would you be able to send us a screenshot of the full error message X2Pro gives you?

I ran X2pro a couple of weeks ago and did not have a problem but now it will not get through the process it starts and runs several lines and then issues an error. I tried to create a new library and just put one clip on the timeline and still the error occurs. Can you help me?
Error Message:
Failed to gain access to destination folder [/Users/michaelerger/Desktop] : The file couldn’t be opened because it isn’t in the correct format.
No AAF file has been generated.
X2Pro Audio Convert 4.2.2
I tried adding to media locations.
