X2Pro was created to be used between FCPX and Pro Tools. It has only been tested against Pro Tools so we are unsure how well other software deals with importing aaf files. If you send us your aaf I can take a look at it to see if X2Pro has created a valid file against Pro Tools?
Alternatively you can always request a refund from Apple if Cubase 10 isn't able to import our aaf files.
Kind regards,
Daniel

Hello, I have a client that exported aaf from Final Cut. He tells me that he sent 14 tracks. When I load the Xspro aaf file into Cubase 10 there are 6 tracks of audio. Mist of the audio is in sync but clips like room tone are scattered throughout the program. I can't tell what might be wrong. I don't know if he is exporting correctly or me importing. There is not much as far as parameters available in the Cubase aaf import menu to change the number of tracks. I assumed that if 14 tracks where exported the 24 tracks should be automatically imported. Any help would be greatly appreciated
