Hi Barak,
In general we do maintain effects such as fades, but we don't do any retimings as we would have to do audio resampling which we might not do in a way that your sound editor would want it.

Hi,
A few years ago, I used an app called XtoCC and sent my project to a sound editor. But (I later learned) since there were effects applied to some of the clips, at least those clips were out of sync, and also lost their effects, and I believe other clips were affected as well.
So my question is, if I use X2Pro, will the same thing happen?
Specifically:
-Would I have to 'flatten' or export and then replace any sound clips containing effects such as retime?
-And, if yes, would I have to also do this for any effect containing a fade (wether a '+3db' type fade in/out or other fade)?
Thank you,
Barak
