Can't download X2Pro from App Store

We are unable to check any receipts for any purchases done on the Appstore. You will need to contact Apple so they can look into it.

I did check.
I have the receipt here with me.
Is there an email I can send it, so you can check the information?

You won't ever lose access to X2Pro if you have bought it via App Store. Double check that you are using the same Apple account that bought X2Pro originally.

I used to have a XtoPro license, and I have always been able to download the app via App Sotre.
Now, it's charging me around $160 to download it.

What happened? Did i lose access?
