CRM files

We have been singularly unable to get either Canon to supply an SDK or Apple to include CRM support in AV foundation, so currently the only option is to transcode the CRM media.

If you go back to the App Store you should be able to ask for a refund.

Purchased this program to export audio from a feature documentary in FCPX and just get an error stating the movie contains an unsupported audio format. I now look deeper and it seems that this App doesn't support Canon CRM Raw files? Of which probably half of my files are. Have I just wasted 150 euro? if so where does it warn users that it won't work with CRM files?
Looking through the forum the only work around would be to render these files before including them in the timeline? is that it?
