Hi Gerard,
Bit of an awkward one, Sierra was unsupported by Apple as of October 2019. By extension this also meant old versions of FCPX and more importantly for us us the XML version number.
We have not removed support for V1.7 in the code, but we do not test against it anymore. Therefore if there are any new bugs or issues with reading V1.7 we would not be able fix them.
Hope the above helps.
Yours Sincerely
James

Hi James,
It's X2Pro version 4.5.6.
I have just sent a new XML (Version 1.7) to the mixer and he has called to say it is working now.
I changed the reference multi-tack wav files to on.
Whatever was going on seems to have been resolved.
Are you still supporting XML (Version 1.7) ?
Realise the system is quite dated and appreciate your speedy reply.

Hi Gerard,
Can you attach the sidecar text file that got created with the AAF please. Would your ProTools editor be able to take a picture highlighting where they see one of the issues please. Your OS and XML are quite old but should still be supported. What version of X2Pro are you using ?
Yours Sincerely

Hi,
I sent this xml to XtoPro and the errors were only for the usual panning & volume adjustments with 6 retiming issues.
The pro tools mixer found that the files were either missing or out of synch and in some cases corrupt.
Can you help?
Because I am using XML 1.7 Is it a X2pro version issue?
MacOS Sierra
FCP 10.4
Thanks
Gerard
