How do I get a receipt for my purchase??

Not sure there is a lot we can do I am afraid, we have no access to the commercial side of the AppStore, so unfortunately you will need to go and talk to them directly about it.

Can somebody please tell me how I get a purchase receipt for x2pro which I just bought through the App Store as I was not emailed anything and I have followed instructions on going to http://https://reportaproblem.apple.com/ and under my purchase for x2pro it says "This purchase doesn't have a receipt"

Any help much appreciated
