Hi srbh

You really need to go back to the App Store, we have no commercial or any other information about app store purchases it is all handled by the App Store. If you are using the same user you purchased it initially with it should show that you have the software available, so I would check your user details first. Failing that then you will need to approach the App Store.

Was using previously and trying to install on new M1 Mac, logged into App Store with purchasing account, it only gives me the option to purchase again. How can i reinstall? Thanks.
