Hi 101,
I think we know what the issue is, I will pop you a mail with details for an ftp site if you could be so kind as to upload the fcpxml and the source media that was clipping we should be able to prove the issue and hopefully get a fix for you soonest..

Hello,
How does X2Pro handle 32 bit float .wav files when converting FCPX xml into .aaf?
I've faced quite some difficulties sending to my sound engineer my latest edit.
For a recent project, I've edited a 20 min clip with a 32 bit float interview recording in FCPX. I've exported an .fcpxml file and extracted an .aaf file from it with x2Pro.
Then problem started, my sound engineer told me that audio level on the interview recording were clipping, and he couldn't recover them as he should on a 32 bit float recording.
My timeline was in Apple ProRes 422 48hz 24bit
My interview recording was 32 bit float 192Hz .wav
I used x2Pro 4.5.14
He uses latest Pro Tool version
