Hi X2345,
Apologies for the delay in getting back to you. Do the gaps fit in at these timecodes (attached screenshot)?
It looks like it might be the fill from FCPX you are seeing. We add fill to the AAFs but it will look like a gap in Pro Tools because Pro Tools doesn't display any fill.

When converting my audio from Final Cut through X2Pro to AAF files, upon importing to ProTools regions are not aligning to frame edges, and there are gaps between clips where there should be none. We've tried multiple settings, with the same results. Is there a solution to this? Thank you.
