Can you define what you mean by sub-track, are you talking about a track hanging off of another track ? There is no such definition in ProTools so they are treated as just individual tracks.

Yes, If there is multiple tracks then the discard inactive clips option will remove tracks that are not used but will keep the ones that are being used.

Hi Fabrice,

In the X2pro settings there is the option to discard "disabled clips" and discard "inactive clips" enabling those should help with removing any tracks you might not want added to your AAF file.

Do not take into account sounds at -96db or lower infinity?
