Can you try reinstalling X2Pro to see if that solves the issue? If it doesn't help then we will investigate further.

argyleforest created the topic: Won't convert after update
Since downloading update, I tried hitting "browse" as well as dragging my XML file, but neither will give me the option to click the "start" button anymore. Please let me know how to proceed.
