In the current version the audio will be inserted into the sequence at the right location, but at standard speed.
The retiming of the video clip should not affect the audio clip at all.

I know that X2Pro can't process retimed clips, but what happens in the AAF if it does find a retimed clip? What happens if there is a retimed video clip but audio at normal speed connected to it?
