Finally, I update my os X lion version to 7.5 and FCP version to 10.0.6.
I have now the "media location" option in preferences.
After finalising auditions in my timeline, AAF has been greatly generated!
We are now testing the AAF in pro tools.
So here it's a problem fixed
Thanks for your support !

That is definitely worth a try/ In fact, best to try the OS upgrade first, then try X2Pro before upgrading FCP X.
Let us know how you get on.

Sorry, I can see that you are using Lion from the shape of the buttons on the screengrab, 10.7.2 doesn't require the use of media locations (they introduced it half way through Lion, I think around 10.7.4) which is why you are not seeing that tab.
This means that there is some other reason that X2Pro is unable to open that file. Can you check the permissions on that file (select it in finder and press CMD+I) to make sure that it is readable? Perhaps also try to play it in quicktime to verify the read permissions?

Are you able to update FCP X to 10.0.6?
To get to the preferences window on X2Pro please do one of the following:
1. When X2Pro is open go to the menu bar and select "X2Pro Audio Convert">"Preferences"; or
2. Press CMD+, (comma)
Then you should have a window with 4 tabs at the top. One is titled "Media Locations". That is the one I am talking about.

Have you added /Volumes/Montage 3/Final Cut Events/Vaux Le Vicomte Def/Original Media/ (or one of the subdirectories to the media locations in X2Pro preferences?
