X@ProLe Audio Convert quit unexpectedly

This is because apple's ScopedBookmarkAgent service has crashed. It's something that X2Pro relies on to get access to the clips that are outside it's sandbox, and be able to write the AAF file.

To restart the ScopedBookmarkAgent service please can you try logging out of OS X and hen logging back in.

Working on a very tight deadline to get a TV pilot to be mixed

when I bring the XML File into X2Pro Audio Convert LE and then choose the destination folder for the AAF audio file and then press select folder the application quits unexpectedly

extremely frustrating as I'm on a deadline and was instructed to purchase this program and has so far done nothing for me as yet.
