Looks like I had a very outdated version (1.0), I have now updated it via Itunes and it looks like it worked.

You have not attached the fcpxml file. It would be useful if you could attach it.

Can you please confirm that you are using v2.1.6?

This is likely to be an issue caused by transitions, can you please try converting it again, but with the "Discard transitions" box checked in the preferences? This will confirm if it is related to transitions, and it might allow you to work around the issue if it is urgent (though all transitions will be lost).

I am trying to create the AAF file to send to my sound person to complete the post production sound, but I am getting an error message.

Specifically the following.

Writing AAF file
Adding tracks to AAF file
Writing AAF track structure
Adding clip to track in AAF file. Clip references frames 70153 to 71654 of source channel 1 of asset r59
Adding Clip to sequence
Adding clip to current track on AAF composition
Adding Operation Group to Sequence
AAFRESULT_INSUFF_TRAN_MATERIAL

No AAF file has been generated.

Any ideas what I am doing wrong? or need to do to make it work? I had synced all the audio with the video using plural eyes3.
