Hi Absintheminded,
Sorry you are experiencing a crash.
This sounds like a problem caused by Apple OS X's scopedBookmarkAgent process not working properly. X2Pro needs to communicate with the scopedBookmarkAgent process in order to have permission to read/write to files outside the application sandbox, but if it has stopped working properly then X2Pro cannot work properly either.
Please could you try logging out and back in. That should cause the scopedBookmarkAgent process to restart.
We know it's frustrating when a program crashes with no indication of why or how to fix it, so in the next free upgrade (which is currently in the testing phase), the application won't crash when this happens, but instead it will explain that you might need to log out and back in again.

I just downloaded the software. I load the XML file from Final Cut Pro X (latest version), and then I choose destination the programme crashes?
Is this a known issue? How to work around it? I need my project off today..!
Thanks
