When you import an AAF into Pro Tools, it will show a window with the title "Import Session Data". In this window is an option for Sample Rate Conversion. I have highlighted this section of the window in the attached picture.
Is it possible that you have this option turned on when you are importing your AAF?

Hi
All XML generated by FCP 10.0.8 I receive from a video editor were edited in 48 Khz. I'm sure of that.
But all the AAF files converted by X2Pro are seen by Protools as 44100 Hz.
Why
I know that X2Pro doesn't convert the frequency of audiofiles, so why does it occur ?
Is it because the first audiofile in the FCP timeline is a 1000 Hz "Bip" sampled at 44.1 kHz ?
Does PT specifies the Frequency of the whole AAF only from the first audiofile of the AAF ?
i join a xml generate by a 48 k 25 i FCP 10.0.8 project
(i'm not sure i join this file because after "clicing" on the add file button on this page, and choosing the xml file, it doesn't appear in the attachment insert")
Mystery !!!
