iTunes corrected whatever the issue was. "The necessary adjustments have been made to your account. These adjustments should allow you to purchase from the iTunes Store." A little frustrating not knowing what the problem was but it's safe to assume it was a bug on their end.

Thanks for your help.

I also tried it on my wife's computer with the same results. Hopefully, support gets back with me soon...

Yeah, I've been in contact with them. The rep has "requested assistance with the issue you reported". In my last email I asked if they would refund or give me store credit so I could purchase the full version seeing as how I don't have any issues buying full apps.

In the screengrab it told you to contact iTunes support. Did they give you any indication as to why it's not working?

Yes, I can "purchase" free apps and I even purchased another app just to make sure there was nothing up with my payment information, which wouldn't make sense anyway due to the fact that I bought your LE only moments before.

I'm not sure what the problem is there. As you say - the problem is likely to be with the app store rather than X2Pro.

Are you able to "purchase" other items using the app store? Can you try downloading a free app just to test the app store?

This is likely an issue with the Mac App Store and not X2Pro but I'm posting here just in case. This morning I purchased X2Pro LE from the App Store and shortly after realized I needed the full version. When I try to purchase the upgrade via preferences, I get this error: cl.ly/image/1z2L3L2J1k3N

I've restarted, uninstalled and reinstalled, tried different wireless networks—all to no avail. Any ideas?
