Hi Steven,

The problem appears to be when X2Pro is trying to extract the audio from a R3D file. The path to the file that it is stumbling on is:
/Volumes/G-DRIVE 2/Thick Heart/Day 6/Roll 1/A030_0415H7.RDM/A030_C002_0415K6.RDC/A030_C002_0415K6_001.R3D

Will you be able to provide that file for us to look at here? I can give you FTP details in a private message if that will help?

Hello,

I am continually getting this error message when trying to export an AAF.

Writing AAF file
Adding assets to AAF file
Adding essence for asset [A030_C002_0415K6] to AAF file
Adding essence data to AAF file for portion 0 of asset [A030_C002_0415K6]
Reading audio data from audio extractor : 126598 samples
Failed to read 126598 samples
Error Requested 126598 samples from RED file but got 125294

Suggestion: Ensure the file is not corrupt

No AAF file has been generated.

The project was shot on RED ONE, and all files work in FCPX. I am using version 2.1.9, but I admit that I am a new user and could be making a mistake. Does anyone have any support for this situation? It would be greatly appreciated.
