If you would like a refund, I'm afraid you must contact apple because you bought the app from them. This is the case with all apps bought from the app store.

It would be great if you would be able to help us look into (and fix) the issue anyway, so that if you ever decide you need X2Pro in the future you won't hit this issue again, and also so that no other customers hit this same issue.

If you are able to help with this, we would need to look at one of your clips. The clip is called "00119B.mov" and is on a drive called "SHARK", in a folder called "GOLF_P2-TXF" (/Volumes/SHARK/GOLF_P2-TXF/00119B.mov). Is there any chance you would be willing to let us look at this clip? I can provide FTP details in a private message if you are able to help.

Yes, I am using latest version of X2Pro.

P2 media shot on Panasonic HVX200 was converted to ProRes 422 .mov files, which were imported to FCP X.

I wasn't able to send my project to my Sound Mixer by the deadline as a result of this error. I would like my money back.

This sounds like a bug that was been fixed a while ago. Are you using the latest version of X2Pro (2.1.9)?

Where are you clips from (i.e. what camera), and how were these clips brought into FCP X?
