x2pro was trying to connect to aliases of the files in the Final Cut Events "Original Media" Folder. I reconnected all the media in the timeline to the actual files and got the AAF.
I used proxies in the edit and the original r3d files were not copied over to the Final Cut Events. I relinked to the original footage.

Hi I recieved this error message when going from FCP X 10.0.9 to XtoPro 2.1.9
Writing AAF file
Adding assets to AAF file
Adding essence for asset [A006_C006_06071X] to AAF file
Opening audio extractor for portion 0 of asset [A006_C006_06071X]
Failed to open audio extractor
Error Failed to open [file://localhost/Volumes/WVN%20-%20cheap%20drive/Final%20Cut%20Events/HANDS_EDIT/Original%20Media/A006_C006_06071X/A006_C006_06071X_001.r3d]
Suggestion: Ensure that the file exists
No AAF file has been generated.
----
I located the file and removed it then exported again and got the same error message with another clip. I am using red clips plus audio files recorded seperately.
