Joe,
I can import the fcpxml into fcp-X and when I then re-export it from FCP it is readable by X2Pro, see attached fcpxml file. What version of FCP are you running? What OSX version are you running?

X2PRO is not letting me drop an XML in. I get this error message and can go no further. Please help.
