Sandbox restrictions

Hi Raphael,

You will need to add the locations where your essence is located. In the screen shot you sent the window above the one listing the errors that it cannot access the essence, is the one where you must add the location(s) where the essence is located.

Once you have done this it should work.

Please advise how you get on.
