Unable to parse FCP XML File

From the screenshot it looks like you either have a reference to an audio file in the project which is missing from the location on the computer where it was used (moved or deleted), or you have not set the bookmarks up to include all the locations that media is stored in. If you believe that both are OK then try logging out and logging back in and re-try the conversion.

I'm getting a message when I try to get put the xml file into your program.

"Unable to parse FCP XML file to obtain project information"

Any solutions you know?
