Hi Graeme
Thank you. I will convert the clips, QT did play those clips.
One question in FCP X when I detach the audio X2Pro still go back to the master clip?

Hi Jason,

I think the problem is caused by the fact that you are using MTS files in FCP X.

Under the hood, X2Pro uses Apple's QTKit framework to extract the audio from clips, and unfortunately QTKit doesn't know what to to with MTS files (you can't open an MTS file in QuickTime player).

Furthermore, I think in MTS files, the audio is likely to be AC3 audio, which is also not supported by QTKit.

Are you able to convert your clips to another wrapper/codec?

Hi

Trying to export aaf file but having no luck.
Working on OS X.9.2 and X2Pro Audio Convert 2.2.

I have done all the Suggestions and more still no luck.
images from the error and a file XML.
